God is the Master Builder.

The vision for She Builds was first entrusted to Rebecca and is now carried forward by a team of women united in purpose. Inspired by the principles of building strong foundations, She Builds exists to help women grow in faith, purpose, leadership, and impact.

The Heart of She Builds

  • She Builds was born from a simple but powerful conviction: women carry God-given dreams, callings, and assignments that deserve to be nurtured, strengthened, and released.

    The original vision emerged through Rebecca, whose background in construction and project management shaped the language and framework that would later become She Builds. Through prayer and a season of seeking God's direction, she began to see a striking parallel between constructing buildings and building lives.

    Just as every successful building begins with a blueprint, a foundation, skilled builders, and a clear vision, women also need support, encouragement, practical tools, and a strong community to help them build what God has placed in their hearts.

    Over time, that initial vision grew into something much bigger than one person's story. It became a shared mission embraced by a team of women committed to helping other women discover their identity, strengthen their faith, develop their gifts, and step confidently into their God-given purpose.

    He is the One who restores foundations, strengthens what is weak, and calls people into the fullness of their purpose. We believe that when God builds through His people, the impact extends far beyond individual lives, influencing families, communities, and future generations.

    Our role is simply to partner with what He is already building.

Meet the Team

  • Rebecca Milne

    Head of Transformation & Growth

    After many years working in design, construction, and business, God began leading Rebecca into a new season of building people rather than buildings. Drawing on over 25 years of experience, a Master of Construction Management, and training in behavioural analysis, Rebecca serves as the vision carrier of She Builds, faithfully stewarding and sharing the vision God has placed on her heart to see women rise, heal, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

  • Fern Lee

    Communications & Operations Lead

    Fern's journey has included working in IT, co-leading a family business with her husband, and dedicating 15 years to raising and nurturing her family. Through each season, God has deepened her understanding of the joys, challenges, and calling that women carry in both the home and the marketplace. Fern is passionate about building authentic connections and cultivating a Christ-centred community where women feel seen, loved, encouraged, and empowered to grow into all that God has created them to be.

  • Faith Denning

    Event Facilitator

    Faith's journey has included serving as a theatre practitioner, teacher, and now as a chaplain, where she has devoted herself to encouraging, mentoring, and walking alongside others. She is passionate about helping people discover the gifts and purpose God has placed within them, believing that every person is created to shine His light and make a meaningful impact in the world. Through drama, storytelling, and creative facilitation, Faith creates opportunities for people to explore new perspectives, deepen their understanding, and encounter truth in transformative ways.

    Strategic Advisor

    Stephanie carries a heart for seeing women thrive and brings a unique blend of wisdom, leadership, and compassion. As an award-winning social entrepreneur, founder of Seven Women, and recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her global impact, she offers valuable guidance and encouragement to the She Builds community. Through her leadership and life experience, Stephanie inspires women to lead with faith, persevere through challenges, and pursue purpose-filled lives that create lasting impact for God's Kingdom.
